Registration open for AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days swap meet
3/30/2010
The AMA is now accepting open reservations for swap meet space at AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days. Open registration spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
By downloading the form here and paying for your spots now, you can bank the pre-registration discount and ensure you’ll have some real estate at North America’s largest vintage motorcycle swap meet this July 9-11. Fax the form to (614) 856-1921 (ATTN: Sandi Dunphy) or mail it to ATTN: Sandi Dunphy/American Motorcyclist Association/13515 Yarmouth Dr./Pickerington, OH 43147.
All vendors who pre-register also receive two three-day passes to AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days, vehicle passes and the discounted rate of $250 per spot. Pre-registrations will be accepted through June 10. After June 10, vendors will not receive the passes, and rates will go up to $300 per spot. Of course, AMA members always receive a $25 discount per spot.
Please note that last year’s vendors have been mailed a form that allows them to retain their 2009 locations, and open-registration spots cannot be assigned until after the April 30 deadline for 2009 vendors to request those spots. Once the AMA has accounted for returning 2009 vendors, new vendors who registered via the open registration form will be assigned their spaces. Any 2009 vendors who have not received their vendor packets should contact Sandi Dunphy at sdunphy@ama-cycle.org to request one.
The AMA will finalize the layout and begin assigning individual locations by May 10. All pre-registered vendors will be notified of their space allocation at that time.
